When her mother and she were split up in July, she was only a few days old. Everyone didn’t know who she was, which was really surprising. A herd of thirty cows gathered to observe the odd arrival as Silo became trapped in the mud.
While birding, Sam Wilson saw a strange herd of cows and used his telescope to get a closer look.
He was shocked to see a little seal among the watchful cows.
Because the young puppy’s mother was nowhere to be found, the rescuer made the quick decision to attend the scene and bring the animal for treatment.
Sam took Silo to the temporary residence of a Seal Sanctuary, where she was fed and given medication for her illness.
