Beginning in January, Malia E. and her family moved into a new house but soon learned that a stranger was dwelling there. Thankfully, he was friendly.
When Malia and her husband first entered the property, they were astonished to discover a message from the previous owners requesting them to take care of a lovely cat that was residing in the backyard.
We immediately noticed the cat as we glanced out the sliding door into the yard. He was blatantly gazing at us,’ Malia says. Fluffy is really lucky to have neighbors.
They were instantly interested in “adopting” him because cats are very important to them. Malia and her family were happy to care for yet another animal and meet the wish of the former owners.
The cat gradually gained greater trust in the new household after a few weeks as he understood they were caring for him. Malia is confident that the cat’s heart will soon completely soften and she will be able to bring him home because he is now a full member of the family and part of a huge cat gang.
