A rescue dog is ultimately adopted after bravely suffering 17 rounds of treatment and beating cancer.

This three-year-old dog was found on the street by volunteers. The dog’s chest was covered with ticks, and its paws were in poor condition. The four-legged companion also had a cancerous tumor, which was found when he was taken to the veterinarian.

The dog has ehrlichiosis, a condition that impairs white blood cells. It makes the body’s defenses more vulnerable, which opens the door for many diseases. Doctors added weekly chemotherapy treatments to the patient’s initial course of treatment to help with the edema.

While he received rehabilitation, the dog was looked after by a foster family. The dog was silent throughout the entire procedure. He seemed to understand their desire to help him. Doctors declared him healed after four months of nonstop nursing.

Everyone who had helped with the therapy agreed to throw a party in his honor after it was finished. They prepared a liver cake, added a candle, and put on party hats.

Then, the volunteers disclosed that the dog may look for a real family. A week later, there were those who wanted to adopt the dog.

In the loving embrace of a family, the dog is finally satisfied.
