Ariel, a little girl, bravely looked for a cat for five years, but in vain. She was gradually losing hope that she would ever be able to find her beloved pet because she had no idea where he was.
The intelligent one with the long tail, however, has been there all along, as Ariel only lately discovered. He relocated 250 yards from Ariel’s house with a family. She was posting ads for lost pets when a woman called and claimed to have found and adopted Cicada back in 2015.
She claims that the cat is content, healthy, and adored. When the girl learned of this, she was astounded. But since Cicada had become a vital member of the new owners’ family, she wasn’t going to take him away.
Ariel was genuinely quite happy that the cat had been found, even if she would not be able to take him home. He decided to enter another devoted family. This notion also helped the girl feel less concerned about the Cicada. Isn’t it nice?
