An 18-year-old student acquired a street dog and took it home. The dog displayed strange behavior right away and had already started looking about the yard. But nobody took note of this information.
When the student had to visit with a veterinarian, it just so happened that he had been home-raising a real wild wolf for six months.
Gregory named his pet Neon and built a special enclosure for him in the yard. Neon was frequently found with the shepherd dogs belonging to the neighbor.
Neon also avoided interacting with anybody save Gregory. During this escape, the workers of the adjacent animal shelter had already spotted Neon. Gregory could be reached by dialing the number on the animal’s collar, but the doctor cautioned him against moving too quickly.
Neon had to be delivered to a special team that aids in wolves’ outdoor adaptation. He lingered for a long time missing his owner before acting on instinct and going into the jungle. It is unknown what transpired thereafter. What a lovely tale, yes?
How would you respond to this odd circumstance?
