Maria actually only had enough money to buy a run-down garage in a nice area. Many of her friends had doubts about her decision, but Maria knew what she was doing and in just a year had converted the garage into a 127 square-meter home.
The inside of the house is significantly bigger than the outside. Maria made a garage investment. The woman had no worries when she was able to buy at least a garage given how pricey apartments are in this neighborhood. Maria is a renowned architect as well.
She also always knew how to change the framework to suit her needs. The architect used a door that matched the wall perfectly in place of the gates. However, the home still seemed to be a typical two-story building. Only the windows remained above ground after one storey was erected.
There are two rooms on the floor: a kitchen and a living area with a stove. Transparent floor inserts may be seen in both the higher levels and the ceiling of the top level. As a result, the space appears to be much larger. Maria also made an effort to use as few barriers and partitions as possible.
