‘The Voice’ Singer’s Magical Voice Earns INSTANT Four-Chair Turn with “La Llorona”

On February 21, Lucia Flores-Wiseman, a 22-year-old rising star, made her Voice debut. In a pre-show preview, the vocalist showcased her pure talent by delivering a lovely rendition of Ángela Aguilar’s “La Llorona” while skillfully strumming her guitar.

As soon as she hit the initial notes, Adam Levine quickly pressed his red buzzer. Similarly, Michael Bublé broke into a passionate “BRAVO!” in the midst of the performance. As Lucia’s amazing vocal runs filled the room, Kelsea Ballerini couldn’t resist turning her chair. Before John Legend completed the sweep, Lucia was one of the few contestants to capture the attention of all four coaches.

Following the audition, she was showered with accolades from the coaches. Ballerini claimed that she was deeply moved by the performance and became completely uncritical. Lucia’s voice was lauded by Levine, who said he had “never heard anything like it before.” She had an unmatched quality that amazed him.

Ever the strategist, Legend tried to impress her by mentioning his wife’s native country, but Bublé went one step further and addressed Lucia in Spanish, calling her “unique and amazing,” before thanking her for the unforgettable audition.

Which of the four top coaches vying for her position she will choose is still up in the air. Check out the amazing performance below!
