Under his porch, an old man discovered hundreds of spherical, odd items that resembled eggs. When he broke one open, he was horrified by what he discovered.
The 70-year-old elderly has barely been able to sleep well in his old home for the last few days. Every night, there were odd sounds coming from beneath the porch, like hundreds of small bodies rustling on the ground, broken here and there by a whispery, cold sound.
It got intolerable that night. By three in the morning, the man had had enough and walked outside with a shovel and a flashlight. He pursued the sound. Upon arriving at the porch, he bent down at the location of the noises and directed his flashlight beam into the shadows.
He gasped as he saw the hundreds of whitish-green oval objects, which looked like big chicken eggs, scattered across the ground. Some lay uncovered on the surface, while others were partially buried in the ground.
The fact that many of the eggs were starting to change color—dark blotches formed on the shells, as if something within was moving—was what worried him the most. The old man snatched one up with a shaking hand. It was a little damp and warm.
He muttered, “My God, what is this?”

Just as he was about to back away, a threatening hiss erupted from the shadows. A mature snake, thick, long, and covered with shiny scales, slithered out from beneath the boards. With a start, it lifted its head, gaped, and sprang at the guy.
The old man almost dropped his flashlight in terror. Without thinking, he swung the shovel and ran. His heart felt like it was about to explode from his chest. When he arrived at his neighbors’ house, he dialed 911.
Upon their arrival, the experts were astounded to see that there was, in fact, a massive snake’s nest beneath the porch, together with hundreds of eggs and multiple adult snakes.
The snakes had placed their eggs beneath the porch because it was warm and moist.
The snakes were eliminated, the area was cleansed, and until the site was completely treated, the man was not allowed to go near his home.
