When Danny suddenly looked down and noticed a little puppy on the lawn, he was talking about his job with his girlfriend while they were standing on the balcony.
He initially believed the dog was with her owner and was lying down on the grass, but following closer study, they discovered that no other humans were in the area and hastened down with a laundry basket to assist the dog.
They also offered the dog some water and a piece of turkey, but for some reason the dog wouldn’t drink. The couple then left the house to buy their dog flea shampoo. The dog did not enjoy getting bathed.
She bought all of her accessories on the same day. They took her to the doctor, who identified a problem with her. It came out that the pet ate plastic bags in order to survive on the streets.
Although the therapy was pricey and they had no intention of keeping him as a pet, let alone paying for it, they felt they couldn’t let him suffer.
Thankfully, she made a full recovery and now resides permanently with them.
