A rescue kitty that adores this puppy wouldn’t go without him.

Diana acquired the lovely puppy Tucky from a shelter. Though she wasn’t aware of it at the time, she was destined to be a cat person. Even the most well-meaning among us are affected by it. I’m not kidding when I say that cats are generally wonderful.

When people are focusing on their inner dog, this is especially true. When Diana was three months old, Tucky brought her to their local animal shelter to adopt a cat (just a month after she was adopted).

Tucky encountered four, but just one stuck with him.

Wooly is about eight and 10 weeks old in this photo. There are hardly any distinctions between these two. They share the water bowl. They continually reject the principles that characterize animal companionship, in other words.

And when they grew into larger but still adorable pets, not much changed.

They like playing together and are frequently together. This is what I mean by a real friendship, to me.

They will always be close friends, despite the differences in their appearance. Their bond endures forever. What an awesome couple they make.
