At one of the zoos, a tigress gave birth to her adorable kids but rejected them immediately away. The cubs’ prospects of survival would be poor to none without their mother’s care, and even then, they would have to be handed to another animal.
Be aware that wild cats, particularly those reared in solitude, usually reject their pups and could even harm them.
The zoo staff then made a statement about the search for a huge cat and a puppy that was just born and was nursing.
And to their surprise, they learned that Lizzy was a loving, devoted, and watchful golden retriever who offered to milk wild kittens and eventually became their mother.
The cubs were cared for, fed, licked, and loved by her as if they were her own. She adored her gorgeous adoptive children and was a natural mother. The dog’s friendliness and concern surprised the zookeepers.
The cubs’ survival was entirely due to Lizzy’s tenacity. Isn’t this a fantastic tale? The young cubs should mature into strong, healthy tigers.
