Belko was found on the streets and brought to the shelter without anybody knowing anything about his past. He, however, proved to be a quick study, and it didn’t take long for everyone to see what a lovely dog he was.
Normally, he would make a circle as he welcomed people into his area. Introducing him to new volunteers wasn’t difficult; all that was needed was to feed him snacks. Belko was expected to find a loving home fast because of his special appeal, but this was simply not the case, and he soon became a resident of the shelter.
He became attached to all the volunteers and staff and found his everlasting home there. He made friends with all the volunteers, who cherished him and occasionally brought him home with them.
When Belko was allowed to travel with his brand-new, permanent family, everyone was happy. Belko’s first family photo was taken, and he grinned more than he spoke, giving off the feeling that it was a very wonderful day.
