Brother is the domestic cat’s preferred playmate.

Toddy, a male cat, lived with his owner Liana. She just decided to add a dog named Abba to her household. The cat was fairly amiable and instantly recognized the kid as his little brother.

Even Abba immediately walked over to him and started to smell his new friend. They immediately clicked, started playing, and started following along. They had each other’s undivided attention. On the first day, Toddy would approach Liana and cuddle up to her, and Abba would follow.

The cat quickly warmed up to the dog. Since then, their friendship has become significantly stronger. For the first two weeks, the domestic cat and the puppy cuddled and cleaned one another.

After that, Liana always came across them snuggled up on a dog bed, which she thought was really sweet. As Abba gained prominence, the two of them humorously challenged one other.

The puppy thought he was a cat when he was with Toddy. They had fun together and played for the entire day. We can infer from this that dogs and cats can get along.
